Everyday Shooter: Crashes Before Starting, Crashes when starting

Hi,

I have bought everyday shooter on Steam.

When I try to run it I get the usual windows crash -

EverydayShooter.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close... etc

Is there something I can send you to help debug this issue?

Asus nvidia Geforce 9800 ver 185.85
XP 32bit

I have an ATi Radeon x1950 PRO 512mb graphics card and booting Windows XP Pro. The error message I get says it's an issue with: "atioglxx.dll". Usually that means my Open GL isn't working, which is weird. Is there a way to run this game in Direct X? Or can someone help me out?
